 Leslie is a passionate Strength & Conditioning Coach andPersonal trainer with experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different athletic performance and fitness domains including; strength & Conditioning, sport performanceweight loss, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training. 

Leslie is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Masters of Education program where she also served as a graduate assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Olympic Sports at Virginia Tech. Prior to Virginia Tech; she completed a Bachelor’s of Science in exercise and sports sciences with a minor in athletic coaching at Bluefield College while also participating as a student athlete on the women’s Tennis team. Leslie’s passion and expertise is in human anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, fitness assessment and prescription, nutrition, and management concepts in fitness, athletics, and the sport performance settings. 

Additionally, Leslie has internship experience as a strength and conditioning coach for Olympic sports at Virginia Tech and all athletics but specifically football at Coastal Carolina University. Leslie is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a certified Group Fitness Instructor through American Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and holds the Sport First Aid, and Coaching Principles Certification through the American Sport Education Program (ASEP). Leslie has been involved in many team sports throughout her life including basketball, softball, track and field, tennis, and competitive power-lifting. Leslie’s current training goals are within competitive Olympic lifting. Leslie is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, training, and helping others live a healthy lifestyle and reach their goals.
