Strength & Conditioning
In PSC's Strength & Conditioning classes you can expect to get a kick-butt total body workout lead by an experienced, certified, and motivational trainer. While each Strength & Conditioning class follows specific guidelines under the most progressive training industry accreditations, you can expect an ever changing variety of multi-planar movements within each strength and conditioning class. Don't let the title of the class deter you, the small-group setting allows for personalized attention from the trainer to reach YOUR specific goals.
Conditioning & Stability
Our Conditioning & Stability classes focus on anaerobic/aerobic conditioning and deep stretching: Our nationally certified, instructor-led classes are one-hour, and include 45 minutes of high intensity interval work designed to improve upper and lower body anaerobic and aerobic capacity and endurance. The final 15 minutes is deep stretching to speed recovery, promote mobility, and prevent injury.
Our Trainers can be scheduled for one-on-one sessions for some extra individualized, personal focus. At the discretion of the Trainer, up to three (3) clients may share a personal training session. Please feel free to ask us about personal training services and fees.
